The inability to see color under normal conditions or even to pick out the subtleties  that are seen as differences between colors …is referred to as color blindness. The word blind is a little misleading as there is no actual blindness.There is a huge percentage of our population that is affected by color blindness.

An inventor of lenses invented to aid surgeons found that they could also help the colorblind, leading him to start a company that sells glasses.
