Eyeglasses fashion trends whether from the runways, from movie icons, or on the street or inspired by retro fashion styles; is an accumulated study to see what is said in unison from all the various sources.

Fashion houses lead the way most times, great and influential house like Gucci, Tom Ford and the resurgence of the Ray-Ban brand all have planted themselves right at the for front of the trend…setting the way.

 

While movies and re-designed or updated styling plays a big hand. The fashion houses often allow us to feel a sense of familiarity with the design yet giving us a fresh look, in color and styling.

 

History plays a major part, recreating a validating looks from times past. A feeling of nostalgia and nod to the personalities that we are reminded about. People like John Lennon and Malcolm X are almost synonymous with the looks they portray.
